IPERC Education Coordinator/Sales Position

IPERC is looking for a part-time educational consultant to work with international agencies and schools in India to promote IPERC’s exchange and university programs.

The ideal candidate should have a working-level proficiency in English, previous experience working in an international school or agency, and an understanding of the U.S. education system. Candidate should be located in the Hyderabad area.

Responsibilities

• Develop connections with international schools and agencies in your area.
• Promote IPERC Academy programs and services to these agents, schools and students.
• Act as the main point of contact to answer questions from agencies and schools related to IPERC programs.
• Organize and conduct information sessions and orientations as needed.
• Assess the needs of schools or agencies and provide program recommendations.
• Maintain and manage records, reports, and documentation.
• Convert your prospecting efforts into clients through a consultative sales approach, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Work closely and collaboratively with IPERC to develop and implement effective solutions for interested agents and education administrators.
• Make direct calls to interested parties, converting your efforts into clients.

Requirements

• English proficiency
• An understanding of customer service and how it relates to a sales role.
• Ability to build strong relationships externally and internally
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to the diverse needs of international cultures
• Strong interpersonal, oral & written communications skills.

Salary

• 180,000-220,000 Rs. Salary is negotiable
