IPCS Automation Hiring for Academic Head Job at Coimbatore Full Time

· Prepare and execute overall annual plan for academic requirements with support from the Management.

· Own all the tasks and assignments of the entire areas such as Industrial Automation, Building Management System, Digital marketing, and IT academic team across Tamil Nadu.

· Closely monitor the progress of academic work distributed to all faculty members across different courses and products.

· Ensure error-free and relevant quality content for all programs across all courses.

· Suggest & implement new academic products and initiatives for all courses, based on emerging trends and need of the students, in consultation with the management.

· Responsible for quality of entire content of all programs. Modify or create new program offerings to maintain leadership and quality standing of the organization

· Re-vamp and revise entire content (notes, tests, assignments and question banks) on annual basis.

· Ensure implementation of corporate study plan and test schedules for all the courses.

· Liaison with faculty member & centre heads to build a healthy and effective feedback mechanism.

· Prepare guidelines for academic implementation for HODs and faculty members.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
