Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive & engaging workshops on sex education at school premises, in person
• Tailor workshop content and materials to meet the specific needs and age groups of students
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages active participation and collaboration among students
• Address questions and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive and enriching workshop experience
• Communicate effectively with school staff, including principals and teachers, to align workshop content with school goals
• Collect feedback from students and school staff after each workshop session and use that feedback to continuously improve workshop content and delivery methods
• Follow Ioza’s guidelines, policies, and standards in conducting workshops

Working Timings

Workshops are to be held on school premises in between school hours. The duration of workshops will be a maximum of 45 mins to 1 hour. However, the candidate needs to be present in person to conduct various preliminary and post-workshop checkoffs as per the guidelines of Ioza.

Caution

We conduct thorough background checks (including but not limited to: Criminal background, Employee History, Educational Background, Social Media Screening, Professional Conduct, and Sex Offender Registry) and screenings to ensure the safety of the children. Any warning sign will result in swift termination of the application.
