• Maintains required reports and records for every child in the class in the app/diary as the case may be.
• Manage the classroom interiors with relevant art and craft to provide a playful learning environment.
• Ensures safety for the child and is loving/kind to them.
• Ensures periodic communiques’ to parents
• Is innovative whilst lesson planning for day to day classes
• Makes monthly and weekly planners
• Ensures that the lesson planners (post approval from Academics’ Head) is adhered to.
• Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out daily/weekly.
• Ideating, planning, and executing events, trips, celebrations etc. along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar
• Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the child along with the other teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Take care during lunch and playtime sessions.
• Guiding assistant teachers and support staff and giving them feedback as required
• Notifying centre head of any exceptions which are not BAU.
• Interacting with parents to discuss child’s progress and other needs during PTA’s and on need basis.
• 3-5 years plus work experience will be a plus.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of early child development milestones and child related concepts and practices
• Basic Computer skills including MS Office

Qualifications Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred/ or a Graduation in any subject

Work Timings  : 9 am to 2.30 pm; 12 pm to 6 pm
