Job summary:

We are looking for people who can prepare our educators to be the best version of themselves.

Key areas you will be responsible for/job description:

  • Work with the Professional Development team to identify faculty development needs & design, facilitate and evaluate  faculty development programs
  • Equip teachers to create learning opportunities that are aligned with Inventure’s definition of learning 
  • Conduct Trainee Teacher & New faculty induction Programs 
  • Enhance the delivery of teaching & learning in the classroom through class observations and feedback

Competencies and job qualifications required:

  • Education:
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • B.Ed or any valid Teaching Certification preferred.

  • Experience:
  • At least 5 – 10 years of work experience in Training and Development or  Leading/Heading a subject or discipline
  • Design, facilitate, organise, and evaluate Faculty, Professional Development & Leadership Development programs[Culture, Pedagogy, and Pastoral]
  • Awareness & interest in the new age pedagogy and educational research
  • Competencies:
  • Needs Assessment: 
  • Assess professional development needs of the team based on school’s goals and objectives
  • Program Design: 
  • Design and develop effective professional development programs that align with identified needs, including variety of learning opportunities, such as workshops, coaching, online & offline  learning
  • Facilitation Skills: 
  • Facilitate professional development sessions, and to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes active participation and reflection
  • Communication Skills: 
  • Communicate effectively with team and leadership, both verbally and in writing  and to provide constructive feedback and support
  • Data Analysis: 

– Data to evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs and to make data-driven decisions about program design and implementation

  • Technology Integration: 

–  Integrate technology into professional development programs, and to use technology to enhance learning and collaboration

  • Collaboration and Networking: 
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the field and to build and maintain professional networks that support ongoing learning and growth
  • Reflective Practice: 
  • Engage in reflective practice, and to use reflection as a tool for ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Evaluation and Assessment: 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs, and to use assessment tools to measure the impact of the programs on teacher practice and student learning
