Inventure Academy was established in 2005 and is an international co-ed day school (Pre K-12) with multiple campuses in Bangalore.

Job summary:
We are looking for people who can prepare our educators to be the best version of themselves.
Key areas you will be responsible for/job description:
- Work with the Professional Development team to identify faculty development needs & design, facilitate and evaluate faculty development programs
- Equip teachers to create learning opportunities that are aligned with Inventure’s definition of learning
- Conduct Trainee Teacher & New faculty induction Programs
- Enhance the delivery of teaching & learning in the classroom through class observations and feedback
Competencies and job qualifications required:
Education:
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- B.Ed or any valid Teaching Certification preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 – 10 years of work experience in Training and Development or Leading/Heading a subject or discipline
- Design, facilitate, organise and evaluate Faculty, Professional Development & Leadership Development programs[Culture, Pedagogy, and Pastoral]
- Awareness & interest in the new age pedagogy and educational research
