Job Description: Roles and ResponsibilitiesShould be able to provide content for the Cybersecurity course. Modelling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions. Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content.

Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability. Simplifying complex content for users. Developing curriculum and TOC.Developing content for ILT and WBT.Developing question bank.

Developing coding / scenario-based questions. Reviewing technical content. Technical Skillsets Required:Proficiency with Networking and Network Security, Linux and Windows Systems, Administration and Hardening, Web Vulnerabilities, Cryptography and Encryption, Penetration Testing, SIEMs/ Incident Response Forensics Governance, Risk, and Compliance Cloud Security, Security+ and CySA Certification.

Technical ability to configure virtual machines with Virtual Box and VMWare. Demonstrates genuine student advocacy and empathy for beginners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Must be coachable and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Teaching, mentoring, and/or coaching experience a plus. Desired SkillsExperience in Cyber Security.

Necessary coding skills related to Cyber Security. Good understanding of Security frameworks. Should know concepts of Ethical hacking, Database security, Hardware Security, Cyber Law in India, Network Security, Cybersecurity Architecture, Cyber Security Design, and Analysis, etc.

The candidate will also demonstrate an ability to self-learn as and when required to keep up with the fast-changing technology industry. Excellent writing skills with strong research skillsHave excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.

Able to be agile with dynamic schedules and priorities. Minimum Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Specialist / Trainer / SME or similar role. Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Unix, Meta Explorer, and VMWare).

Knowledge of Programming Languages (Python & Java). Hands-on experience analysing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts. Hand-on Lab setups; Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions.

Proficiency with antivirus and security software. Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.5+ years of industrial/training experience. Applicants are encouraged to attach updated CV while applying for this position.
