,Assistant Professor – Information Technology, Business and Management, Animation and Creative Media

We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in our esteemed institution. The Assistant Professor will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and possibly postgraduate courses, supervise student projects, and engage in research activities in their respective fields.

Responsibilities:

Teaching: Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and lead discussions in the assigned subjects within the areas of Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media.

Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and updating course curricula to reflect the latest trends and advancements in the respective fields.

Research: Conduct research in relevant areas of expertise, publish research papers in reputable journals, and present research findings at conferences.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and career development.

Assessment and Grading: Evaluate student performance, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.

Academic Administration: Participate in academic committees and departmental activities, contributing to the overall development of the department and institution.

Industry Engagement: Foster collaborations with relevant industries and organizations to enhance practical learning opportunities for students.

Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media fields to ensure teaching and research excellence.

Requirements:

Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant field (Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media).

Expertise: Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas, based on the respective department’s focus:Information Technology: Cloud technology, AI, ML, data science, full-stack development, cybersecurity, DevOps, mobile applications, and forensic science.
Business and Management: Finance, digital marketing, international business, entrepreneurship, business analytics, fintech, and general management.
Animation and Creative Media: Gaming and AR/VR, animation and VFX, digital filmmaking.

Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level will be an advantage.

Research Track Record: Demonstrated research capabilities with publications in reputed journals and participation in relevant conferences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.

Passion for Education: A genuine interest in imparting knowledge and helping students reach their full potential.
