Overview

Come join Intuit as a Group Manager, Technical Program Management. Our Program Office owns delivery of Intuit’s Platform and Consumer Group’s top growth initiatives each year. In this role you will drive and optimize delivery for our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) outcomes through your leadership of a team of program managers doing the best work of their lives.

You will leverage your broad program management experience to accelerate business outcomes by delivering successfully against high organizational standards. You will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage your resources, successfully driving a portfolio of vital programs. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player and strategic partner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management and 5+ years of experience managing teams in a technology environment
• Strong technology background, preferably direct software development experience
• Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, lead long-term programs, and to manage multiple programs simultaneously within a program portfolio
• Demonstrated experience connecting disparate groups across an organization to accelerate outcomes
• Experience attracting, hiring and developing top talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
• Bachelor’s Degree required (science, project management, or business administration), Masters degree preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of a cross functional programs composed of our most critical platform/capability initiatives for our VEP India team
• Lead and develop a team of high caliber program managers, creating an environment where they can do the best work of their lives
• Partner with the Program Office leadership team to establish consistent best practices for program execution and craft excellence
• Become an established leader with cross-functional leaders (PM/PD/XD)
• Continuously improve the operating framework that enables VEP to achieve its goals
• Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy
• Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions
• Be a leader/teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise
