Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor shortlisted candidates and proactively schedule preparation sessions for assessments and interviews.
2. Conduct 1:1 interview coaching sessions covering aptitude tests, technical screening, coding assessments, and HR or behavioral rounds.
3. Provide technical training and interview preparation for IT roles such as Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, SAP, DevOps, and related domains.
4. Build and maintain question banks, mock interview content, and preparation materials based on employer requirements and candidate feedback.
5. Track candidate interview outcomes, maintain preparation records, and improve coaching strategies based on rejection patterns.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, candidate readiness, and overall placement success.

Other requirements
1. Female candidates are preferred.
2. 1 year of experience in technical training, interview coaching, placement training, or IT training.
3. Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to confidently guide candidates through technical and interview preparation.
4. Good understanding of technical interview processes, coding assessments, aptitude tests, and platforms like HackerRank, Mettl, or AMCAT.
5. Hands-on knowledge of IT domains such as Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, SAP, DevOps, or related technologies.
