Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Work on being the first point of contact for general queries to users’ services by phone calls and emails and create positive relationships to convert them into upsell leads and brand ambassadors
Work on the ownership and management of students’ inquiry and identify, troubleshoot, and proactively solve students’ problems
Work on supporting internal stakeholders/teams to increase efficiency and enhance users’ experience
Liaise with other teams to ensure all users’ requests/inquiries are managed appropriately
Work on maintaining records of the data to analyze and improve the services
Work on projects associated with product development and liaise with cross-functional teams
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product and its capabilities
