Responsibilities:
Planning/teaching daily (class size 16-24 students)
Use your own authentic teacher person to build strong relationships with students and engage students in deep learning

Maintain academic records, grades and lesson plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the School.

Share the vision and culture of the school

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• At least 4 years of working experience
• Being able to show a result of your students is a big plus
• Will be a big PLUS if you can teach any additional subject
• Establish short- and long-range goals based on student needs and District and state curriculum requirements.
• Plan and prepare lessons which are meaningful and engaging.
• Maintain a positive, organized and safe learning environment.
• Being able to work with big groups.
• Have experience teaching kids from 7 to 17 years old.
• A big plus if you have experience working at school.
