INSAID arms working professionals with next-generation skill sets like data science and product management and provide them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers. The company has been founded by ISB and BITS Pilani graduates
What will you do?
In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
1. Drive monthly sales achievements by connecting with working professionals on phone calls.
2. Understand the needs and requirements of prospects and help them select the right program
3. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and become a “go-to” resource when it comes to product knowledge
4. Help customers understand the USPs of the program and build trust
5. Proactively follow up with prospects to help them with any additional information required for closing sales
6. Maintain detailed data of each prospect data in CRM and lead tracking tools.
Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in driving top results in B2C Sales.
Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
Strong phone presence and experience in closing sales over the phone.
Highly self-motivated able to work with the target-driven mindset
Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
