IT WILL BE FOR INTERNATIONAL PROCESS – WORK FROM HOME RIGHT NOW LATER CAN BE ASKED TO RELOCATE TO INDORE , GURGAON OR MOHALI LOCATION.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: to provide the best customer experience to your clients. As you look at your tasks for the day, you should be able to drive the performance of teammates in order for them to continuously hit their goals. You must be able to coach and manage the teammates under your supervision and act as a bridge between your teammates and the other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Train new and current customer service staff in customer service functions
• Create and proposed training documents, following instruction from Client
• Daily activity includes: real time coaching, motivating, mentoring, development and providing recognition to team member.
• Recommend corrective actions for individual staff members and procedural improvements for all customer service staff
• Incorporate monitoring, customer complaints and other feedback into refresher training
• Coordinate and evaluate training conducted by support staff members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Graduation Must.

So What we are looking for ?

We need someone who has the skills to call themselves a Process Trainer.

Someone with the below Skill Sets:

• At least one (1) year of relevant Process Trainer experience managing at least 10 + teammates while working in any BPO – HANDLING ANY INTERNATIONAL PROCESS WILL BE PREFERRED.
• Must be OK to relocate.

Location With Slab :

INDORE : 6 LPA TO 8 LPA

GURGAON : 6.5 LPA

MOHALI : 6.5 LPA
