Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Partnerships Executive (Fresher) role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential international partners such as universities, non-profits, industry associations, and global education technology companies. The International Partnerships Executive will support the development of collaboration proposals, prepare presentations, and assist in drafting MoUs or partnership agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining partner databases, tracking partnership activities, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. The role will also involve supporting reporting and documentation for ongoing international initiatives, gathering data for impact measurement, and working closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with EduSkills programs. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with international stakeholders and internal teams.
Solid Analytical Skills to research potential partners, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Basic understanding of Finance to assist with budgeting, funding proposals, and financial aspects of partnership projects.
Interest or aptitude in Sales to support outreach, relationship-building, and promotion of EduSkills programs to global partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Education, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with good documentation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or partnership management tools is an advantage.
Interest in the non-profit, education, and skilling ecosystem, with a willingness to learn and grow in an international partnerships role.
