Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Division Faculty at International Institute of Hotel Management located in New Delhi. The Rooms Division Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting practical sessions related to rooms division operations, ensuring student engagement and knowledge retention. The Rooms Division Faculty will also mentor and guide students, evaluate their performance, and contribute to curriculum development and enhancement.

Requirements

  1. Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 07 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
  2. Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
  3. Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in the rooms division department of a hotel or a relevant teaching/training role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of rooms division operations, including front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively deliver lectures and engage students in practical sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications used in the hospitality industry
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Rooms Division
