Job Title – Admissions Officer
Location will be based on GOA
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with agents and partners, managing international admissions, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with students. The Admissions Officer will also be responsible for promoting IIHM’s education services to clients, participating in regional recruitment events, and providing counseling to prospective students and their families.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in International Admissions and Education
- Bilingual fluency in English and one or more of the following: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean or other foreign languages
- Excellent presentation and counseling skills
- Experience with student recruitment and working with agents
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
