- At least 2-3 years of experience in career counseling.
- Proficiency in interpersonal and presentation skills, demonstrating confidence in engaging with students and parents both individually and in group settings.
- Ability to interpret psychometric reports and possess comprehensive knowledge of career options and pathways, both domestically and internationally.
- A solid understanding of various curricula and related subjects, enabling them to recommend our programs where appropriate and provide effective solutions.
