Office Timings – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the tele calling team

2. Handling the queries of the clients and counselling them throughout the process

3. Visa Filing

4. Maintaining records of the clients and their deadlines

5. Updating the information on the CRM and following the standard practices laid down in regard to processes being followed in the industry.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
