*Conduct Process / Product Training for New hires for an International Voice Process BPO.
*Experience of handling chat & email training along with voice would be an added advantage.
Required Candidate profile
*Graduate with Minimum 4+ years Overall experience and minimum 1+ year experience as a Process / Product Trainer in an International Voice process BPO
* Proven track record of training in classroom
