We are looking for talented young professionals who are keen to implement Talent Development
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization. This role holder will be actively involved in end to end design, development and delivery of training interventions. He/she would work closely with L&D leadership on raw course and program material from multiple sources and create instructor led learning modules, e-learning, micro learning. He / She will be responsible for delivering the planned programs to meet company-wide learning needs. This position actively works to ensure the desired outcome and report out on the participant feedback to the stakeholders on a regular basis.
Putting the learner first and designing human-centered learning experiences, from stand-alone
solutions (in-person, online, self-service, etc.) to learning journeys as well as entire curricula and
academies.
Delivery of technology training to various role holders across the organization and ensuring the
transfer of learning on the job.
Setting up the learning infrastructure, creating new learning formats, and curating learning
content on our learning platform.
Review and assess reporting and KPI analytics, gather analysis obtained from training programs
including processing training feedback to make recommendations on learning solution
improvement.
Apply experiential learning approach/lab that enables best learning effectiveness and manage
the learning experience of the modern worker.
Strong fundamental understanding of technology, particularly related to Java stack and ability to
quickly pick up additional related skills on the job.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Required Abilities:
Create lesson plan, the corresponding session plan for the lessons and delivering the sessions.
Self-starter with an ability to drive learning objectives across multiple technology streams
Demonstrate ability to dig deep and showcase attention to detail.
Passionate about helping people learn and grow.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
A successful candidate will be excited about the prospect of leading by example.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology; Masters in Computer Applications
Trainer working with Computer Education Academies/ Institutions
Teachers imparting Java Education to school / college students can also apply
Overall 1- 5 years of experience in delivering technology training with hands on work experience
in design/creation of programs and curricula using various modalities and using self-paced
learning as key delivery method.
Good level proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools.
