Job Description:

Role definition:

1. Work closely with LOB leaders to understand their current scenario and propose contextual design solutions (i.e. Design Thinking application in different scenarios using various tools as used at Intellect)
2. Curate Design Thinking interventions (customized for any given scenario) and program manage the execution of the same for intended business outcome
3. Provide contextual input to different Design Thinking programs for both internal teams and external customers
4. Program manage business critical design thinking application initiatives for the organization and external clients.
5. Continue to learn and create Design Thinking case studies and tools usage script as required for different initiatives.

Prerequisite for the role:

1. MBA /PG with specialization in Sales or Design Management or Strategic Management or Business Analytics from Top Business School
2. Experience of 4-7 years in Project management or customer management and experience in handling stakeholders from different fields / domain
3. Must possess high learning index and have good exposure to project management skills
4. Should show keen interest in teaching and consulting for project teams (internal and external)
5. Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to have influencing relationship with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
