The Intel IoT Developer Enabling team is seeking an experienced technical advocate to help drive the adoption and usage of Intel software technologies, including the Intel Distribution of OpenVINO toolkit, Intel Smart Edge Open, and more. Also, coupled with industry-leading tools, frameworks, and platforms, like TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, EFLOW, Kubernetes, Docker, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc. Our goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world. In this role, you will help design and develop enabling resources, training material, and software tools to empower developers to self-enable and accelerate innovation. You will work with enterprise developers, ISVs, SIs, academia, developer communities, and influencers to scale developer acquisition, enable application development, and build affinity for Intel technologies. This position focus on IoT solution development and application enabling programs to support both high-touch and scale initiatives: � Help re-define and improve the IoT and edge developer/application enabling experience. � Identify and scope tools, resources, and platform/ framework integrations required to simplify the development journey. � Create content – videos, blogs, and training material to disseminate the information to developers. � Understand and synthesize developer feedback to drive continuous improvement. � Identify opportunities for academic engagement, influence students, professors, and researchers. � Build and cultivate an external ecosystem of communities and influencers to amplify and extend reach.
Qualifications
The successful candidate’s minimum qualifications will include the following: � Engineering degree with 5+ years experience in developing applications and working with technical audiences. � Knowledge of major industry trends and Edge IoT offerings. � Prior experience of working with AI/ ML developers, ISVs, and academia. � Knowledge in workload consolidation with hypervisor/VM, Kubernetes, containerization, docker environment. � Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. � Strong OOP skill (C++ preferred), Python, JS and/or app integration programming skills � Innovator with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans, execution strategies, and programs. � Excellent written/oral communication and teamwork skills. � Ability to collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed organization and manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders. � Ability to manage/ support multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines.
