Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To train the new and existing employees on process modules and all aspects of US Staffing and Recruitment.
- Coach and mentor new hires on-going basis thru the probation period as well as evaluate how well employees have learned.
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new hire training, on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
- Formulates teaching outline and materials (course outlines, quiz, background material and training aids) as well as agenda.
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training)
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods
- Assists employees with problems concerning “how to” perform specific tasks related to their positions.
- Makes suggestions on improving work procedures.
Work closely with Leadership team and HR team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong expertise with our internal processes and tools
- Strong experience with full recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing candidate.
- Experience using various Job Boards and Social Media to source candidates.
- Ability to motivate and train large groups of employees.
- Critical Thinking: Trainer will have to develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
- Decision Making: Trainer will have to decide and evaluate areas to train the employees and meet the needs of the organization.
- Strong Communication Skills: Trainer need to speak / present to groups of employees, speak interpersonally with individuals and report to management. He/ She must be friendly, clear, and strong speaker.
- Passion for mentoring and influencing co-workers on recruitment best practice and industry trends.
- Proactive, goal driven & team oriented.

- Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have patience and ability to teach and mentor new hires.
