Job Description
Post Graduate with Certificate in Counseling /MA Psychology/ MSW/ MPH with clinical or socio psychology. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Assessment: Conducting assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs. This includes gathering information about clients’ backgrounds, concerns, and goals.
Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients explore and address personal issues, develop coping strategies, and work toward mental and emotional well-being.
Group Counseling: Leading group therapy sessions or support groups for clients with similar concerns or goals. Group counseling can provide a sense of community and shared experiences.
Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological crises, such as suicidal thoughts or severe anxiety.
Treatment Planning: Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting goals, and outlining the strategies and interventions to achieve those goals.
Therapeutic Techniques: Utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, humanistic counseling, or mindfulness, depending on the client’s needs.
