Job Summary
We are a premier education consultancy in Egmore, Chennai (https://learninsync.in/). We are looking for a full-time Counselor/ tele-caller.
The candidate should be fluent in Tamil, English and sound be able to communicate comfortably in Hindi. The candidate should be presentable and confident. Freshers can apply. Experience in sales/ front desk/ counselling will be an added advantage. Should be willing to work under pressure and with targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Counseling and Interacting with Students in person. Managing Customer Service and Feedback. Making calls and giving information about courses. Following up with students. Ensuring students’ issues are looked into and resolved. Making reports and other Admin-work. Managing Front-desk when required. (On-the-Job Training will be provided.)

Required Experience and Qualifications

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month (salary plus incentive)
