Job description

instrucko.com specializes in teaching English, Maths French, Spanish, Hindi, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Phonics, Financial Literacy and Sustainability to children from the age of 3-15 years. instrucko’s live classes are conducted by teachers from India as well as by native speakers. The lessons can be scheduled one to one or in a group of only 4 learners. Given the busy schedule, parents can choose the timings of the lesson at their convenience. Every learner is different, and we identify, recognise and foster their learning capabilities in a unique manner to ensure holistic development in both academic and extra-curricular spheres.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. 

• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Provide administrative support for operations team.
• Scheduling meetings and Coordinate project deliverables.
• Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, handle travel logistics.
• Making Phone calls, Field inquiries from sales representatives, and maintain office efficiency by arranging repairs.
• Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

 Skills:

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

·  Computer skills across MS Office.

·  Good knowledge of Social Media platforms

·  Strong time management and organizational skills

Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm
