Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Hire employees
• Save all invoices and talk to the accounts on a regular basis to manage the company register
• Manage attendance of the employees
• Work with the HR to manage payroll and the employee CRM
• Any office related work
• Organise festivals and employee training activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
