Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up a Pharma Training Institute imparting training tp students who wish to pursue a carrer in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance in making them industry ready
• Motivate all the team members to achieve 100% target
• Should lead the team from the front
• Analyze and take timely action on the basis of reports submitted by the team members
• Plan the monthly/quarterly/annual objectives of all the team members
• Analyze and implementation of quality work of all the team members
• Properly and effectively handle all the objections, crisis and issues that arise from time to time
• Develop efficient coordination between all the team members and the departments
• Control the expenses in optimum way
• Responsible for running the Institute profitably
• Become the profit center for the company
• Work and resolve issues related with every team member
• Have meetings with MD to review the work of every team member and actions taken on the issues arising from time to time
• Observe and initiate the team members to adhere with the companys policies and strategies
