Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up a Pharma Training Institute imparting training tp students who wish to pursue a carrer in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance in making them industry ready
- Motivate all the team members to achieve 100% target
- Should lead the team from the front
- Analyze and take timely action on the basis of reports submitted by the team members
- Plan the monthly/quarterly/annual objectives of all the team members
- Analyze and implementation of quality work of all the team members
- Properly and effectively handle all the objections, crisis and issues that arise from time to time
- Develop efficient coordination between all the team members and the departments
- Control the expenses in optimum way
- Responsible for running the Institute profitably
- Become the profit center for the company
- Work and resolve issues related with every team member
- Have meetings with MD to review the work of every team member and actions taken on the issues arising from time to time
- Observe and initiate the team members to adhere with the companys policies and strategies
