All the candidates should have team handling experience

Skills

• Instructional design or related field
• Solid experience in developing performance solutions
• Solid experience leading team
• Knowledge of advanced instructional design techniques and topics, adult learning theory, and web-based development tools
• Strong written communication skills – working knowledge of editorial requirements grammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
• Advanced oral communication skills – ability to facilitate client SMEs and sponsor discussions to set expectations and ensure appropriate involvement
• Must be skilled in several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project)
• Ability to plan and estimate tasks; knowledge of project management tools including workplanning and resource scheduling
• Advanced knowledge of issue identification and problem-solving tools
