Insighte works in the space of Disability and Inclusion, to provide support to children in schools and at homes. Insighte was pre incubated at NSRECL IIM B and was one of the top 10 social enterprises selected for the MIT SEAG program. Insighte was also a part of the Telangana Social Innovation cell Bootcamp 2020.

We work directly with parents and schools and provide them with special educators, shadow teachers, and behavioral therapists. We have our own internal training and supervision programs. One of the core philosophies of Insighte we equip our professionals to work in all three roles, to begin with, to help them immerse in the process of inclusion and become better therapists.

The role is to provide additional support to the client allotted to them, especially NIOS Curriculum academically and behaviorally by filling in the gaps that exist in the learning process, helping the student build self-confidence, promoting interaction, and integrating them into the learning environment at home/ school. The special educator also plays the role of a therapist and makes behavior modifications and ensures the child becomes self-sufficient by meeting the academic, behavior, and social goals.

Training and supervision will be provided and is mandatory to attend.
