Job Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert & Quality AnalystSubject: FinanceShift Time: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Early morning) & 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Night)Job Type: Work from homeKey Responsibilities:1. Interact with the manager and suggest enhancing the teams’ overall performance.2. Check the content for accuracy (conceptual review), language (grammatical errors, etc.), plagiarism, explanation, and other relevant parameters for the resources.3.

Need to spot the errors and take the responsibility of getting them rectified.4. Analyzing the quality of the work submitted by the resources working under him/her.5. Need to share the performance reports and feedback.

Requirements1. Fluency in English (Both spoken and written)2. Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot table, Basic formulae, and shortcuts)3.

Prior experience in content reviewing/QC (Ed-tech)
