We are hiring for Sales Executive position for our Enterprise Field Sales Organization for
Kerela Location. We are looking for salesperson with experience in selling solutions and/or consulting services to the HR leaders and CXO’s.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our total service portfolio and will have strong expertise in new business sales, account management and account planning.

Experience: 2 – 3 years
Responsibilities:
1. Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
2. Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Knimbus products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business
3. Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
4. Maintain forecast accuracy
5. Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the client’s business issues
6. Flawless execution on Knimbus sales processes and methodologies
7. Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge
8. Take ownership of your own professional development
Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 -3 years of proven sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge
Transformation/Corporate Library space
2. Consistently over achieved sales targets
3. Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
4. Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
5. Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
6. Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
8. Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam Language.
9. The candidate must be willing to travel frequently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
