We are hiring for the Marketing Manager position, located in delhi/ remote. We are looking for a marketing executive with experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation, social media, and events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our prospective service portfolio and enhancing the Knimbus brand name. He or she will have strong expertise in written and verbal communication and project planning.

Location:

1. Delhi (2 days WFO, 3 Days WFH)

2. PAN India (If candidate is not from Delhi NCR Location, but that is completely based on the performance in the interview if shortlisted, and the hiring manager’s approval)

Years of Experience:

3+ years of work experience

Responsibilities:

• Strategy development and planning of marketing campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic, with a focus on lead generation. o Email marketing and reporting o Webinar planning o Sponsored events & in-person events o Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) o WhatsApp marketing
• Implementation of the above marketing campaigns right from ideation, building creative assets to final analysis and refinement
• Reporting on lead generation and conducting follow-ups with sales team
• Creating engaging and informative content for the website, social media, and company collaterals
• Creating client case studies and presentation decks for client presentations
• Collaborating with sales and product teams to regularly incorporate product enhancements and new clients into messaging
• Delivering custom collateral requests to sales team
• Managing a team of 2-3 (including marketing executive, graphic designer, and video editor)
• Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, consultants, and creative artists as per the need

Skills and Requirements:

• Written & verbal communication skills
• Time management of multiple daily tasks & ongoing projects
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Creative writing and design ideation
• Zoho, Netcore or other marketing tools experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, has a Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
