- Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned.
- Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
- Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Knimbus products and services perspective.
- Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business
- Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
- Maintain forecast accuracy
- Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the client’s business issues
- Flawless execution on Knimbus sales processes and methodologies
- Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of proven sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge Transformation space
- Consistently over achieved sales targets
- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
