Job Summary

• The position, a Global role supporting India, US, PHP, Jamaica Columbia, will manage all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) as well as Business Continuity Planning (BCP). The Global ERM Leaders role is to act as an operational support leader to deliver senior level security management at the business unit level.
• The position will interface with business units to facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA’s), lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework, conduct business continuity exercises such as mock drills, and ensure business continuity documentation is up to date. The Global ERM Leader will be a key member during incidents and crisis events, working closely with the team in the execution of appropriate responses, mitigation of scenarios arising from such contingencies and providing support.
• The position will interface with the Information Technology (IT), Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises in a lead role. The position will continue to mature the BCP.

Duties Responsibilities

• Strong, Support in the design, documentation, communication and implementation of Risk Management and Business Continuity frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions.
• Develop and direct the execution of business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning, and disaster-preparedness planning and testing.
• Support in the quarterly risks assessment and annual policy compliance processes.
• Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters, viruses, and hackers.
• Create and facilitate practice drills for plan execution.
• Develop and provide staff training on risk management and disaster recovery.
• Report on results and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date on changes to BCP and ERM regulatory requirements.
• Work with health, safety, and security staff and local, state, and federal agencies to align the organizations emergency management plan with established best practices and community standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of a continuous improvement methodology and updated response and recovery plans.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong, Support in the Thorough understanding of risk management.
• Excellent strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with others to develop an emergency plan.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education Experience

• Bachelors Master’s degree preferred.
• Overall 16+ years’ experience, with a minimum of 10+ years of management experience with at least 8+ years in a risk management position required.
