Position – Students coordinator

Experiences – 3 to 6yrs(Only female)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Scheduling batches for new admissions based on teacher open slots & student convenience
• Preparing course content based on the teacher inputs – The same to be shared with Founder for BD and new admissions who have signed up.
• Following up with teachers if batches are completing / following course content – Milestone check only not every class
• Course clarifications & Student learning feedback & monitoring
• Preparing course content for new language courses and new courses in existing languages offered by Mitrin in coordination with the teacher and the founder.
• Rescheduling of any cancelled classes / Arranging for any compensation class / Arranging for any revision classes for students.
• Coordinating with teachers & students/parents for any postponement/advancement or delay in class start due to teacher related issues.
• Arrange for substitution teacher in case any particular class teacher is unavailable
• Monthly reports from the teachers on students’ progress
• Keep track of compensation and rescheduling of classes if any
• Be part of all class group and monitor if reminders are sent for classes specially in case of new teachers
• Keep track of student’s attendance/leave Be available on phone and whatsapp for teachers and students.
• Grievance handling
• Any need based or situational requirement as assigned by founder
• All of this will be in coordination with the Founder initially.

Note: Candidate Should Have own Laptop. Completely Work from home.
