Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding
of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Skills:
- Any Graduation/ Post Graduation.
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
- Having a knack for sales.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Target oriented
Responsibility:
- Maintaining the conversion ratio from cold leads to paid customers via an ethical
approach
- Revenue Generation from the same as per individual targets
- Revenue Target
- Work on leads generated and drive to conversions
- Identify new ways to engage prospects and coordinate with the product team to get
the required material created
- Maintain a strong sales funnel and follow through with prospects accordingly
Preferred experience:
- 0-2 years of proven experience in the EdTech Industry
- Any Graduate from any field.
- Ability to develop strong relationships Prior experience in EdTech sales is a definite plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
