• Responsible for handling inbound enquiries pertaining to training.
• Follow-up on the participant for closure.
• Coordinate with the trainer, student, and vendors pertaining to training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is mandatory.
• Schedule and administer online and Prometric exams.
• Coordinate with the testing providers.
• Should be a quick learner.
• Adapt to the dynamics of the market.
• Develop and drive online customer engagement and relationship building program
• Addressing Customer’s queries on different training offerings.
• Drafting client-specific proposals as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
