Role: Associate Marketing Manager
The role is with a high visibility service line within the company where the candidate will have an opportunity to explore various facets of Go-to-Market from a Marketing standpoint. The incumbent is expected to plan and execute Go to Market strategies and work with various stakeholders within the business, and take the portfolio to success by generating key business outcomes.
The role provides an opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the leading minds in the space and will provide ample avenues to hone new skills. The incumbent should be able to drive branding, demand generation and influencer marketing effectively along with an innate penchant for Thought Leadership.
Experience – 4 to 8 years
Role Requirements:
- Possess strong Go-to-Market skills and Campaign Management skills with competence in creating Marketing Plan along with driving Demand Generation, Branding and Thought Leadership
- Is dynamic and results driven, who possesses good written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge about the sustainability industry
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse group of stakeholders and peers based out of different geographies
- Has a penchant for story-telling with an ability to rely on data to tailor successful campaigns
- Possesses an ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach and engage key audiences for the sustainability portfolio
- Is adaptable and resourceful, to deliver successful outcomes and drive marketing results for the Infosys sustainability practice
- Balance strategic planning with tactical execution, championing bold and creative ideas to promote the Infosys sustainability solutions
Education:
- Masters in an appropriate discipline. MBA in marketing preferred.
