Responsibilities:
• Develop strong Technical and Functional skills surrounding PLM Optiva (and related third party applications), in order to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting activities.
• Should be able to efficiently understand the business requirements of the client and subsequently be able to configure and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
• Should be able to create solution designs, documentation, and presentations and also have experience in training the key users in the application.
• Take part in consulting, implementation, user trainings, UAT/go-live and support to assigned projects.
• Work as an integral part of the Global IMS delivery team – recommending innovations and process improvements that will make overall deliver more efficient
Basic qualification:
• B.Tech/MCA/BSc Computer Science
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem solving and analytic skills & team player.
• Motivated & self-starter.
• Customer facing skills. Work exposure at customer locations will be a value add.
Preferred qualifications:
• Should have 5 to 6 years of development experience in Asp.Net or Vb.net , C# or Visual Basic.
• Comfortable with SQL and other Database technologies.
• Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution.
• To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.
• To meet/exceed expected reliability standards.
Summary:
Techno-Functional Resource who will participate and implement solutions for PLM Optiva application. This position will provide business process expertise and application configuration expertise.
