Infopro Learning has an immediate, short-term contract opportunity for Conference-Style Instructors for Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Soft Skills and Excel Training Sessions!

Type: Contract

Location: On-site in Bangalore

Duration: 1.5 days (includes several 2-hour conference-style sessions on soft skills and Excel content)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructor to deliver engaging and dynamic in-person training sessions in a conference-style approach. As the instructor, you will be responsible for providing 2-hour sessions on foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels of various essential skills, including Business Writing Skills, Telephone and Virtual Etiquette, Critical Thinking Skills, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

– Conducting 2-hour, in-person training sessions on Business Writing Skills, Telephone and Virtual Etiquette, Critical Thinking Skills, and Excel.

– Engaging and captivating large groups of participants in a conference-style approach.

– Delivering training content at foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels.

– Utilizing interactive teaching methods and incorporating real-world examples to enhance participants’ learning experience.

– Facilitating group discussions, activities, and exercises to promote participant engagement and knowledge retention.

– Adapting training materials and approaches to meet the specific needs of different audiences.

– Facilitating advanced Excel content, including complex formulas, data analysis, macros, and data visualization.

– Monitoring participant progress and providing feedback and guidance as necessary.

– Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in the subject matter to ensure the delivery of relevant and current training content.

– Proven experience as an instructor delivering in-person training sessions to large groups of participants.

– Strong expertise in Business Writing Skills, Telephone and Virtual Etiquette, Critical Thinking Skills, and advanced Excel topics.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.

– Proficiency in utilizing a conference-style approach to deliver training content effectively.

– Ability to adapt training materials and methods to suit different learning styles and audience needs.

– Highly organized with excellent time management skills to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.

– Flexibility to travel and conduct training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience in developing training materials and curriculum.

– Familiarity with instructional design principles.

– Certifications in relevant areas of expertise.
