Job Description

– Make telemarketing calls to the prospective clients. Handle the all telephonic inquiries and Convince/Convert students over phone/in person to join the courses in Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Multimedia & Gaming.
– Call prospects to ensure they received email communication and understand their requirements thoroughly and pursue them to walk-in to the Center for Enrollment.
-Counsel prospects on courses suitable for them according to their requirement.
-Follow up on a regular basis with all the leads and report to the Center Manager.
-Convert the Opportunities into Enrollments.
-Create and update records on the company’s Lead Management System portal, ensuring accuracy and validity of information on daily basis (will be assessed periodically)
-Administrative works – Monthly follow up for fee collection from students & maintaining accurate records of the same (to be reported to the manager.
