
1. Job Description Pre-Auth Process trainer
The primary function of a Pre- Auth Process trainer is to schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum. Needs to have proficiency in content development.
Conduct training for freshers on end-to-end RCM in a batch-wise manner. Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees. Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress.
Be aware of the pre-auth process thoroughly and industry updates.
Be updated with industry, domain-specific, product knowledge, if any
Responsibilities:
1. New Hire Process Training
1.Induct new hires into the Healthcare industry, products, and process workflows
2. Deliver training sessions
3. Create and conduct assessment
4. Provide feedback and coaching to employees
5. Create score cards based on the assessments and share it with appropriate stakeholders Maintaining all training records for the trainings conducted
6. Create customized curriculums based on training requirement
7. Ensure that the training documents are consistently maintained
8. Conduct Daily briefings with the Training batch on Process updates
9. Create product and process specific assessment for employees, create score cards and follow-up training sessions
10. Conduct floor-walks to monitor if the employees adhere to the set process workflows
2. Need Based Training
1. Identify training needs and analyse them
2. Design the training plan as per modules and timelines
3. Create effective training content and associated training documents
4. Schedule and arrange for logistics for training sessions
5. Deliver training sessions effectively as per training plan and timeline
6. Create assessments as follow-up to training and provide feedback, if necessary
7. Maintain attendance reports and score cards and share with appropriate stakeholders
8.Conduct regular refresher training for employees in RCM
3.Required Qualification
1. Should have 1+ years of experience in RCM
2. Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is desired
3. Good knowledge of client-specific process rules and regulatory requirements
4. Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
5. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
6. Strong oral and written communication skills and teaching skills.
7. Proficient in using MS office tools such as PPT, Word and Excel.
