WizKlub offers research-based education programs designed to develop future skills across Com-prehension, Critical Thinking, and Mathematical aptitude in kids group of 6 to 14 years. Our aim is to empower kids to learn and develop comprehensive skills to solve real-world problems using practical approaches. We have trained over 40,000 students across the world in the last 4 years. The company is now tying up with schools across India and the programs would beconducted in the WizKlub lab set up inside the school.About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and experienced math teachers to join our Academic Programs team. As a math teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students’ theoretical and applied mathematics skills. You will also be responsible for conducting classes, assessing students and documenting student’s progress.To be successful in this position, you should possess a thorough understanding of effective teaching methods. Ideal candidates will be able to create a stimulating learning environment that is sensitive to student’s needs.As a Mathematics Instructor you will be responsible for teaching mathematics in an online mode.What you will do:● Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate student’s understanding and application of mathematical concepts.● Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.● Attending meetings with parents.● Documenting and reporting on a student’s progress.● Communicating with parents about their child’s progress and answering any questions about the services.● Observing student’s behavior during lessons and providing feedback to improve performance.What you should have:● Bachelor’s degree in Maths/Science (preferred but not mandatory)● Good communication Skills● A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching● Organized● Outstanding interpersonal skills● Days availability – Tuesday to Sunday (mandatory to give slots on all days)● Time availability – 4pm – 8pm ( Tuesday to Sunday) Sat & Sun Mandatory .● Should be able to dedicate 40 Hours/ Month● Prior experience in teaching mathematics online is preferred.Pay structurePer hour- Rs.250 (for class 4-8)Minimum number of hours to work(expected)-40 hours
