Are you passionate about education and sales? We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors in the rapidly growing field of EdTech, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to call, nurture, engage leads and prospects into paid users.

Responsibilities: Learn details about our products and services
Understand all the prospect’s needs, problems, or wants
Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
Contact the Hot Leads, who had enquired about the courses.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain and update CRM systems
Build pipeline & send the engaging message.
Provide excellent guidance to potential students
Attend sales educational events

Qualifications:2+ years of experience in doing tele sales
Proven record of successful deals closed
Strong sales acumen
Prior experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Should be able to communicate in regional languages too
