We are coming up with Training Institutes in Ludhiana & Chandigarh which will provide blended learning on various professional courses.

Job Description:

• Counselling students and parents on the courses we offer.
• Motivate and encourage candidates to take up the course
• Regularly calling interested customers to increase the rate of walk-ins every day and the roll strength of registered students
• Maintain accurate and complete student records and administrative regulations.
• Responsible for Regular and systematic follow-up via phone calls and messaging and e-mailing
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager

Candidature required

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as counsellor
• Should be excellent in oral and interpersonal skills
• Should be passionate about connecting with students and deliver best results
• Should be thoughtful about interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
• Be target-oriented, ambitious, responsible as well as hospitable
• Should be committed towards customer satisfaction and maintain the standards
• Should have time management skills.
