Job brief

We are looking for a committed Teacher to complement our qualified workforce of educators. He/she will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.

The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

Responsibilities-

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

Eligibility Criteria For The Appointment Of Teachers And Instructors-

1. TGT (Social Studies).

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks from any recognized University /Institute.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university.
• Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

Experience :- 0-2 Years

2. PRT, (maths) & Pri primary

Qualification

• Graduation with 50% & B.Ed or equivalent.
• Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

Experience :- 0-1 Years

3. Computer Instructor

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech(CS)/BCA/MCA/M.SC(CS)M.SC(IT)/B.SC(CS)/M.SC(Electronics with CS Component),OR
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in any Science subject/Mathematics from recognized university with PGDCA from government recognized university/institute, OR
• Post graduate degree in any subject with PGDCA from government recognized university/institute /’O’ level from DOEACC,OR
• Post graduate degree in any subject with minimum ‘A’ level from DOEACC

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sitamarhi, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
