Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruiting for various positions from interns to senior roles 2. Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies 3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates 4. Working on day-to-day administrative & HR processes
